Q. What is the difference between the light soaps and the dark soaps?

 A.  The darker soaps are made using cocoa butter soap base.  The lighter soaps are made using a clear soap base.  We use charcoal soap base for the black soaps.

Q.  Does your soaps contain gluten?

A.  None of our ingredients that we buy contain gluten and we do not add any gluten to them.  We do not test them.  As a family with celiac members, we are very careful to make sure no gluten is around the soaps.

Q.  Are your soaps tested on animals?

A.  None of our suppliers test their products on animals.

Q.  Do you do custom orders for baby showers or weddings?

A.  Yes, we have done several orders for baby showers.  Just make sure when you order that you give us plenty of time to get the soaps made.

Q.  About how long does it take to make one bar of soap?

A.  It can take two to three hours to make one bar of soap.  That includes the mixing of color and scent as well as the set time for the soap.

Q.  Do you use your own soap?

A.  We use our soaps every day in the shower and take it with us on vacation.

Q.  If I don't see a soap shape that I like, can I custom order one?

A.  We can try to find a mold to make your soap.  It will take extra time and we cannot guarantee that we will be able to find one.  We would love to try.

Q.  Do you sell the soap bases, scents, and dyes?

A.  We currently do not sell our soap bases, scents, and dyes.  However, this is something that we are looking to do in the future along with different molds.

Q.  What about if I do not like your soap that I buy?

A.  Due to health concerns, we are not able to take returns.  However, let us know what you don't like about it and we may be able to come up with a solution.

Q.  When I try to click on a certain link, nothing happens.  Why?

A.  We are still working on our site to make it better.  If a link is not working, please email us to let us know.
